A growing family business with a fantastic reputation for for knowledge, customer service and great products, were looking for an agency to move them from Magento 1 to Magento 2.

The business was also struggling to bring the online and offline sales into one system, as well as improve admin and back office efficiencies in the warehouse and order preparation processes.

Alongside Magento 2 the business needs required us to use a third party service called Boost My Shop which worked alongside Magento 2 as the business ERP system and Connect POS as the in store till system.

These systems were all open source giving us the ability to tailor the processes to the exact business needs and providing one single software solutions for trade, retail, in-store and online.

The new system was able to support DCO's explosive 1,200% growth over the next 18 months after launch.
